What Must Be Put in Writing
The idea: The Wiki explains the model; your written agreement sets your actual terms.
Your employment agreement
Before joining, you should receive these in writing:
- The identity of your employing company and your role.
- Your working arrangements and ordinary pay.
- Any applicable commission or service-cost method.
If shared upside applies
The separate approved rules must explain the pool calculation; Birdhaven's protected amount and how it adjusts; who qualifies and how each share is calculated; when the rules begin; how starters, leavers and leave are treated; how payroll and tax are handled; and how statements and corrections work. Ask management for a worked example.
What is not final yet
The protected-amount adjustment formula and individual allocation rules are still being designed. Until approved and included in the applicable written terms, there is no promise of a particular payout or start date.
These Wiki pages do not replace your employment agreement or change existing signed terms.
