The idea: See the salon's position, improve one thing, then check whether it helped.

The proposed weekly conversation

1. See: Look at a few trustworthy salon-wide numbers.
2. Understand: What helped, what got in the way, and which figures are estimates?
3. Act: Choose one small improvement and name who will help.
4. Review: Next week, keep, change or stop it based on what happened.

What the score may show

Completed and collected work, service quality, rebookings, product use and the provisional month-end outlook—once each measure has a reliable definition and source.

A stylist might improve a consultation. Management might need to fix stock, scheduling or a broken system.

Important boundary

The score is for learning together, not ranking people or creating hidden quotas. Weekly figures do not determine a final payout; the monthly result must first be checked.
