Birdhaven is building a salon where stylists do excellent work and understand the business they help build. The salon provides systems, booking channels, tools and support; stylists bring their craft, judgement and care.
Status: This is the working model we are building, not an employment contract or an approved bonus plan. Your signed agreement and any approved sharing rules contain your actual terms.
