1. An appointment is booked and the service is completed.
2. The money is collected—not just expected.
3. The salon pays for products, service-related pay, running costs and required protections.
4. Only what remains could become a team pool.

## Questions you can ask

- What does this number mean?
- Where did it come from?
- What can I influence this week?

Management should explain the answers in plain language. We share enough to understand the salon result, while protecting client details, individual pay and private source documents.
