## The proposed weekly conversation

1. **See:** Look at a few trustworthy salon-wide numbers.
2. **Understand:** What helped, what got in the way, and which figures are estimates?
3. **Act:** Choose one small improvement and name who will help.
4. **Review:** Next week, keep, change or stop it based on what happened.

## What the score may show

Completed and collected work, service quality, rebookings, product use and the provisional month-end outlook—once each measure has a reliable definition and source.

A stylist might improve a consultation. Management might need to fix stock, scheduling or a broken system.

## Important boundary

The score is for learning together, **not ranking people or creating hidden quotas**. Weekly figures do not determine a final payout; the monthly result must first be checked.
