# Birdhaven Client Policies

**Audience:** Birdhaven clients and the team members communicating with them.  
**Purpose:** One place for approved client-facing terms.

Only approved rules may be published here. Draft cancellation periods, charges, deposit amounts, grace periods or approval limits must not be presented as final policy.

The current policy set is still being confirmed. Until it is approved, Birdhaven must communicate the applicable booking and service terms directly and consistently before they affect a client.
